When I read on the online receipt that I would get a phone call in the morning and then delivered within 2 hours from that time I laughed to myself thinking yea right I will believe it when I see it. Well to my surprise your delivery man rang me up at 710 this morning and delivered it by 830. I couldnt believe it this must be what good customer service looks like? been a while since I have seen it. The bloke also had a great attitude and a good phone manner when he called me especially for a delivery driver. If I had the $$ on me I would have tipped him for the great Customer Service, being punctual and having a good attitude you just dont find this anymore. ThanksThis must be what good customer service looks like I just wanted to applaud Appliances Online for your high standard of customer service! The whole process of ordering my new toaster online and the delivery of same was hassle-free and the delivery boys were excellent in ringing me and letting me know when my goods would arrive. Unfortunately many companies do not take your approach and leave customers in the dark – they certainly wouldn’t get my business once burnt but I will certainly be recommending your website to friends and family.
