The portable induction cooktop is a versatile appliance that has received mixed reviews. Many customers praise its sleek design, quick heating, and easy-to-use controls, finding it a good value for small to medium-sized households. However, some users have experienced issues with overheating, temperature consistency, and compatibility with certain cookware. A few also noted the lack of separate on/off switches for each burner as inconvenient. While the cooktop works well for many, some customers have been disappointed with its performance, especially for high-heat or cast iron cooking.

what would be the maximum size pots you could use side by side - ie. both cooking at the same time willj · 2025-01-30
Hello Will Thank you for this product question, the maximum size of pots would be 28cm. I hope this information will assist you when shopping with us at Appliances Online. Our Sydney-based team is available 24/7 to assist you at Ph: 1300-000-500. Colin Jones, Appliances Online
Is the printed circle ion the cooktop the actual area where it heats or is it only in the middle of this circle or does the entire circle heat up? Trace · 2024-12-06
Hi Trace, it's the entire circle. However, this is an induction cooktop, meaning the circle itself doesn't actually heat up - it transfers a current into the induction-compatible cookware that heats that up. If you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to call us anytime on 1300 000 500 =) Cheers, Adam from Appliances Online. AdamD, Appliances Online
Where is the safety lock on it Andy · 2024-01-12
Hi Andy, as per the user manual: "To engage the child lock, press the increase (+) and decrease (-) buttons simultaneously. The LED display will display the word “LOC” to indicate the unit is child locked. To disengage the child lock, hold the increase (+) and decrease (-) buttons simultaneously for 2 - 3 seconds. The Child lock will disengage." Hopefully this helps =) Cheers, Adam from Appliances Online. AdamD, Appliances Online
