I have not stopped raving about Appliances Online
Thank you for your promptness & fantastic customer service. Product ordered Saturday night 9.30pm, chose delivery for the following Tuesday. Tuesday 7.38am phone call to advise estimated delivery time of 8.15-9.15am. Product & delivery person arrives promptly at 8.15am. Unloads etc realizes dent in washing machine apologize profusely...at this point we are in awe still of the service so no qualms with us...Promise a new washer by 3pm the same day. 2.38pm same day call to advise 15 minutes away.....I am still reeling at the level of dedication and service your people and company have to offer......thank you for restoring our faith, I have not stopped raving about Appliances Online...... We have just got back from Holidays on the weekend so I went into the shop yesterday.They delivered it last night and we have plugged it in. It is dent free and appears to be in running order! The milk is cold ha-ha. My partner and I are most impressed with Appliances Online and your after sales service especially for your handling of matters and the lengths you have gone through. Even after your creative thinking you have still made enquiries even though the matter was outside of your hands. Of course we would recommend you to others and although you are unable to service the area in which we live if you did Appliances Online would be our first choice for point of purchase. We cant speak highly enough of your handling of the matter. So a big fat thank you to yourself and others concerned for not leaving us high and dry its so refreshing to see a business actually take the time to do something in the best interests of the customer even though there was certainly no easy solution!
