I purchased this machine today! Was finding all steam and no milk think it was because I was using lactose free milk. I just went & purchased light milk & it works. Hurrah. Happy so far.

Had this machine for only 3 months and cleaned it after each use. At first, it was okay, although the milk frother is quite loud and produces more bubbly milk, not thick and creamy milk and the espresso takes a bit too long to come through, resulting in watery grinds left behind. Gradually, it started making more noises and it was only producing enough coffee for one cup even when the two cup button was pressed. Yesterday, it stopped producing frothed milk altogether, only a tiny drop comes out. It appears as though the pump does not have enough pressure anymore to suck up the milk. I did a thorough descaling, didn't work. All in all, I expected a lot more from a Sunbeam branded machine. Many other people have experienced the same issue with the milk frother, just look online :(

Can’t seem to enjoy a coffee from this machine . It takes longer to make one then to drink one. I turn in on and get ready and seems like it’s not hot enough to sit back and enjoy it’s like having a iced coffee. Tried many different ways in preparing one and all the same results Luke warm coffee have to drink it quick before it goes cold. Not a enjoyable experience. Is there a way to make the coffees hotter?? Good idea for a home machine but Luke warm coffee is not what I wanted . Not happy with paying good money for something that is a fail. But if it could make warmer coffees to sit back and enjoy I would be happy with my cafe barista machine but not worth the money for what it’s needed for.
