I bought this headphones a month ago. I use it almost every time I go outside. Generally it's a good device. High level sound quality, superb bass, good fit but doesn't 'squeeze' my ears. The controls are easy to navigate, easy to use and no issues during phone calls. The NFC connectivity is what i loved the most, as my current mobile phone's (not Sony) Bluetooth is as good as a potato. However there are a few downsides. It has no "wired" option so I couldn't plug it to my PC, or use it for airline entertainment. Also the audio "leaks" at a certain volume level, so you can't fully blast your music in a crowded area, unless you don't mind people giving you that look when they hear you listening to Vengaboys in the uni cafe. ** (happened to a friend, i swear; just.. okay??!) Overall it's a good device. I loved it.

I purchased these headphones after buying a similar pair of Sony Bluetooth headphones for my partner. The battery life is exceptional and audio quality great, however after 6 months of ownership the headphones snapped at the joint between the ear piece and head band when simply removing from my head. This is terrible quality I would not have expected from a premium pair of headphones, or Sony.

I bought the Sony headphones from Appliance and I am very happy with the service and the product. Will definitely buy again from them.
