I was looking for a fridge with the freezer on the bottom and the website actually displayed only those models and I could also choose what dimensions I needed and the price range. The price and all of the other relevant details are clearly listed and the whole site is very user friendly and a delight to use. I'll have this on my favourites from now on. Also, I had my fridge delivered less than 24 hours after purchase by two exceptionally polite and puntual delivery guys.... all for free! From the moment we placed our order for a GE fridge your company’s performance was highly efficient in that the sales support team was informative and friendly. However, it was when we experienced the problem created by the GE installers and saw the level of effort that your staff went to in order to ensure that we got a positive outcome to the problem that we were blown away. The commitment to us as your customers was outstanding despite the fact that the problems we experienced were not the fault of your company. Then to receive a personal visit from you, a senior executive, to check out the problem was special.
