We are very impressed with your service
We recently purchased a refrigirator from you. We were very impressed with the friendly and helpfull delivery men, the price of the item on your site was $ 994.00 plus $ 16.00 delivery (from Sydney to Canberra) this included instalation and removel of the old fridge. The same fridge was $1390.00 at ***, but they wanted 50.00 delivery and no removal of the old fridge. We are very impressed with your service and have recommended your site to friends. Many thanks. I have to thank you all for the great service you supplied. I am an elder lady and am so relieved that the installation of my new fridge was so hassle free. Both *** and *** **** **** told me they would take my old fridge away for a fee. However, they would not guarantee that they would take the new fridge out of its box for me, as this would depend on the carrier’s time schedule. What good was a new fridge in a box to me if they took my working one away? Sadly, I remembered the trouble I had getting a new TV out of its box etc., so how was I going to manage a huge fridge? If I had of known of your wonderful service, I would have replaced my very old fridge years ago. A very Happy Customer. Phyllis,
Amazing customer service experience
I really wanted to thank Appliances Online for an amazing customer service experience. I purchased a fridge recently to replace our current one that ceased working. On the day of delivery I woke to find the old fridge working again. Upon calling Appliances Online to advise that I did not require the old fridge to be taken away when the new fridge was being delivered (assuming it was too late to cancel) I was pleasantly surprised to receive the option to cancel the order and get a full refund. Incredible service, pleasant staff and never left waiting on the phone. I will DEFINITELY use appliances online moving forward based on top customer service and low prices.
