I bought this 3 weeks ago. Set up was easy and initially the sound was great. But then all sound stopped after only 4 hours of use and its been in the service centre ever since with no indication of when it will be repaired. Prospective buyers - read the reviews of this model and take note of how many failures are being reported. I think this one might be a bit of a lemon.

Bought this sound bar just 2 weeks ago along with the QE55S95B OLED TV. With very little set up instructions (other than how to fix to the wall) it took some time to get it working. (note: it will not work without a very good quality HDMI cable - not supplied- a fact only discovered after trawling forums. It's difficult to know whether the issue is with the tv or the sound bar, but the connections often drop and when working the sound is only average at best. Pulling the tv stand away from the corner of the room to do a hard reset is getting tiring. The remote that comes with this is an exercise in minimalism, and as such just not fit for purpose. Final word; PLEASE provide proper instructions as to set the thing up, with so many options a clue would be helpful.

First off the build quality is excellent and when it was working it created a brilliant surround sound field for movies / Netflix - not so much for music which sounds very restricted. I've had it two weeks and it's completely packed in, no sound from eArc, HDMI or bluetooth. It's going back and hopefully I get the choose a different model this time.
