Your website is excellent – easy to follow – great follow up with order confirmation, notes on delivery and removal of our existing washing machine. As promised, Adam rang about 7.30am to advise anticipated delivery, he and Ali quickly removed the old machine and installed and balanced the new one, took away packing materials. I ordered my Beefeater BBQ on the 27/12/2010 and at the time I was advised that there was to be a delay (approx 3-4 weeks) on the delivery of my BBQ, which I was fine with. It was great to receive a call from appliances online between christmas and new year keeping me up to date with my back order. I then again received another call on 05/01/2011 advising me my order was being despatched already and that I should receive it in approx 3 days. It arrived exactly as indicated. GREAT SERVICE. The only issue was the carrier who delivered it to a different address than the one clearly shown on the delivery docket ! Would gladly purchase another product from Appliances online. Better service than I would get from a retail store
Thanks. I must say that everything about my experience with Appliances on line has been great. Monday 5pm order to be delivered the next day Tuesday 8am delivery time confirmed 11-1 10:30 am change order before delivery, from 602mm Simpson to 565mm Fisher and Paykel – I should have measured before I ordered! 11am delivery truck shows up but no problem with leaving on the truck. They missed Dave’s call Wednesday 9am New dryer delivered. Much better service than I would get from a retail store, and at no time did anyone say “not my problem” Steve, Cremorne, NSW
