This product has some serious reviews applauding its performance and these are justified. I found a dealer with one set up and gave it a good work out before buying. It also integrates well with the flat wall mounting chosen for the TV - cables taken discretely through the wall so very clean lines. I chose to use the Optic link rather than the wireless one from TV to Soundbar - so no timing issues to resolve.Legendary service

I purchased the 394L Samsung SR394NW on a Thursday and chose to have it delivered the next day and to my surprised it was actually delivered to my front door on Friday! I live on the 2nd floor without an elevator so the friendly delivery men brought it up 3 flights of stairs, removed the cardboard box from the fridge and placed it in my kitchen exactly where I wanted it! I will definitely purchase white goods again from applianceonline and not to mention their prices are competitive with the same type of warranty that retail offers.
