Despite first sourcing another fridge from another online appliance business and being let down badly on communication and availability, I called appliances on line to see if they could assist. I would like to say how impressed with your business I was, from initial contact with the sales department, who gave me a great price on the same fridge and was so helpful, to the guys who delivered it the next day, we have a very awkward house to deliver and nothing was too much trouble for them Very professional and helpful is the only way to describe the delivery guys. I was enticed by the free delivery
Hello, I just wanted to say thanks for the great service I received from your company. I ordered my dryer on Sunday (I was enticed by the free delivery) It arrived on the day I had chosen. I was actually going to call on the Tuesday morning just to confirm it would actually be delivered (as I have had problems in the past from other companies)but before I could even do that I got a call before 9am to say it would be delivered in 15 mins. On delivery the men were very nice to my daughter and did not seem to complain that it was 2 flights of stairs which makes a change. This proves that a system without person to person contact really does work and I find it preferable. Thanks for the great job, I will definitely use you again. Phillippa,
