It arrived within a couple of days and is being fitted on Wednesday by the plumber. If only all customer service was as good as that of Georgia and her team, I would be a very happy man. Well done Georgia and thank you once again for going the extra mile to solve my problem. I have bought appliances before from Appliancesonline and never had any problems, but it is at times when you do that you really find out whether you are dealing with a professional company or one just interested in moving boxes. My washing machine broke down on Thursday night. After doing a bit of internet research, I found Appliances Online to be cheapest of all competitors and free delivery! Not even 2 hours after my machine breaking, I had ordered my new Samsung machine from you (which works great, by the way) and was thrilled to know it would be delivered on Monday. I can't believe I didn't need to leave my home to buy such a large appliance and that it would be delivered so quickly and for such a competitive price. The delivery boys came in the morning and took my old machine and all the rubbish away. What a wonderful service. We sorely need companies like Appliances Online who have such a great work ethic.
