Georgia in customer service is a real credit to the compalny and quickly agreed to send me an LPG Mainifold to replace the Natural Gas one. It arrived within a couple of days and is being fitted on Wednesday by the plumber. If only all customer service was as good as that of Georgia and her team, I would be a very happy man. Well done Georgia and thank you once again for going the extra mile to solve my problem. I have bought appliances before from Appliancesonline and never had any problems, but it is at times when you do that you really find out whether you are dealing with a professional company or one just interested in moving boxes. If all staff are as thorough and professional as Georgia, I would not hesitate to buy from them again. The machine I wanted I found $10 cheaper compared to appliances online from a department store BUT they wanted to charge $60 for delivery plus not install it or take the old one away. So I decided to go with appliances on line because they do it all -Free delivery -Free installation -Free removal of old appliance I was very happy with the delivery, they came when they said they would and there was no more to pay.
