Buying and getting the washing machine delivered so easy
Hello, just had to say how great your service has been. Campbell at your shop was really helpful when I had queries, and the delivery guy called (as requested) an hour before delivery so I could ensure I was home. I cannot fault the service
I am delighted to tell anyone who'll listen what finding Appliances Online has meant to me and my family. We have now made 4 purchases, all white goods, 2 fridges, a washing machine and the latest purchase a clothes dryer for my son. With the clothes dryer I also paid to have it mounted on the wall. I cannot fault the service. Wonderful. Not only delivered when they say they will but they install and take away the packing as well as old whitegoods if you wish................ I wanted to personally write and thank you for your great service at a time when I was very frustrated. I bought a washing machine from you in December 2006, a Samsung JV1455. In May it stopped working and since then I have had 4+ service calls over 4 months with the machine going to and from the workshop for repairs numerous times. Even after speaking to Samsung I could not resolve this. Thank you for understanding and delivering me a new machine shortly after our discussions.
