There are soooo many things wrong with this machine. This is the THIRD Saeco I have had. Got my first one in 2007. I still have the original one and it works perfectly. This new machine has the following problems: Even when drip tray is removed it still primes and lets water run onto counter When the water dispenser is low on water, it does not give you a warning. The machine will start the coffee brew process and just stop with a partial cup. When you look in water dispenser there is still enough water to finish but it doesn't. The quality of this machine isn't nearly as good as my original machines. It still works but is disappointing when compared to old ones. I guess if you have only owned this one you wouldn't know the difference, but I do.

i like the coffee and this machine is good it is very simple and also the cappuccino is good
