We've had our Exprelia Evo for just over two months and so far, we love it. After returning from a week-long trip, I was happy to get home to our delicious coffee-a perfect cappuccino with great flavor and excellent milk volume. Before purchasing this machine, I researched several other manufacturers after owning a Jura for five years. I was looking for machine servicing closer to home in case repairs would be needed. I spoke with courteous customer service professionals and learned that service providers are available all over the US with one not far from our home. The only slight negative I have is the time needed for care and cleaning. Still, if this is what I have to do to keep our machine functioning and avoid repairs, I'm happy to do it.

This Exprelia does it all with ease and in just a few minutes you have the brew of your choice. The machine is extremely easy to use and clean. The quality of the brew matches and exceeds any coffee house.

Customer service ordered a new brew group under warranty 30+ days ago. I did an online chat and found out part is still back ordered. We love the coffee the machine makes.
