LED light will be on, then it`ll switch off. Iron has stopped heating up all of a sudden. Clearly it is a defect of this series, if not we all wouldn't be facing the same issue after 3yrs. We paid $250 for this! Really disappointing and such a waste. What I do not understand, is several people reported this issue, why was it not mentioned to us at the time of purchase, that there is a defect with the product?ExcellentLove love this iron. It glides smoothly and takes the pain out of ironing. 2nd time I'm buying this product.All the best features I requireI have been ironing sometimes twice a week for the last 40 years & in that time I have always purchased quality irons , but in the last 12 months I decided to try the Phillips Azur GC4865 . Without a doubt this is by far the best iron I have ever used. No need to iron on both sides as the steam feature makes this happen. First use thaught it was a bit heavy but now used to it & do not notice. Very happy with this product.Legendary service
