Visually appealing, nice size and has great suction performance.Purchased this based on its design which at first seemed good...but in reality it moves awkwardly when trying to turn.The hose connection to the body does not move freely which causes the machine to tip up on its wheels.Then you have to stop to reposition the hose so that it will keep moving freely across the floor.It causes a lot of stop/starts. The head supplied is far too bulky which causes it to not run flush against the skirting.The tiny wheels underneath get clogged really easily and i have to pick out tangled stuff from it.Could have been a great device but has left me disappointed that i purchased it.High suction doesn't matter if moving the vacuum across the floor is such an effort.

I chose the product after reading the reviews. Thw suction is really good. It's light to.move about. Cleans well. Easy to use. A bit too noisy though & wish there was a button inserted to control noise level. On the whole, I'm satisfied with the purchase.

Attractive appearance. Cleaning head is hard to push on floor, not smooth at all, comparing to previous product. The cable is a lot shorter than the 9m shown on vacuum, totally misleading. Motor is very noisy.
