Customers overwhelmingly praise the dual-basket design for cooking two different foods simultaneously with synchronized timers and independent temperature controls, saving significant time in busy households. The vertical stacked configuration takes up half the counter space of traditional models while offering double capacity, making it ideal for small kitchens. Reviewers consistently report excellent cooking results—crispy exteriors and tender interiors—with the see-through window and shake reminder enhancing usability. Non-stick ceramic baskets are commended for easy cleanup, and the intuitive interface suits all users. A small group reports longer cooking times than advertised and occasional noise, though most find these minor compared to overall performance and convenience benefits.

    Sleek design, powerful quick cooking.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using the 4000 series for about 2 weeks and I am very impressed with it. Both drawers are a good size for families and doing different things all at once. There are several presents for easy cooking, and you can sync both of the drawers to finish simultaneously. There are lights so you can see how the food is doing without the heat escaping. I love the fact that the drawers can be put into the dishwasher which keeps the machine sparkling. I am also very impressed with the noise levels from the machines, and how sleek it is for the power. I did burn things a couple of times at the start because this machine is so much more powerful than what I had been using previously. Now it just saves me time.

    Awesome airfryer
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have finally upgraded from my old single-drawer air fryer, and the difference is night and day. If you're cooking for two, this makes life so much easier. We’ve stopped using our oven altogether because everything fits and cooks side by side. The best part by far is the synch feature. Not having to manually time separate ingredients so they finish together takes all the stress out of dinner. It runs slightly slower than our previous airfryer, likely because of the larger overall capacity, but the versatility more than compensates. Definite keeper for our kitchen counter.
