Excellent installation service & excellent price
Ordered a dishwasher for the office last Friday, elected installation on the following Tuesday. By Tuesday lunchtime the dishwasher was installed, the old dishwasher off site and everyone was happy !! Excellent service, excellent delivery, excellent installation service & excellent price. Appliances Online were probably the most professional company I have ever dealt with. The prices were the cheapest that I could find which is the reason I went with their products. However, the contact made on the day of delivery and the impeccable service of the installation of my appliances were most impressive. Have referred to my friend and she had exactly the same experience. Appliances Online have restored my faith in the retail business and encouraged me to buy on line more often. A special mention must go to a gentleman by the name of LUKE who on several ocassions was the unlucky guy that took our phone call and guided us every inch of the way with measurements regarding our cook top and wall oven. The prices and services offered, excellent
On Monday evening I ordered a new front loading washing machine from your website. The process for ordering was quick & efficient, the prices and services offered, excellent. We had been told earlier by a service technician that our current machine was not worth fixing; and had been recommended to your website by friends. The day after placing the order I decided to have a look at the machine for myself and after removing some of the plumbing found that a hanky had clogged the drain pipe, hanky removed, the machine ran fine. At this point expecting the worst I rang your company to ask for a order cancellation, and to my surprise and pleasure, it was done quickly and my credit card payment was refunded promptly.In the future when we do have to replace this machine, we will be doing so via appliances online.
