    Overview

Designed for homes where everyday cooking is both a ritual and a pleasure, the Novy 80cm Easy Induction Cooktop with Integrated Downdraft Rangehood offers a harmonious balance of practicality and refined form. Its 80cm surface presents an extra large cooking area with four cooking zones, thoughtfully arranged to support a smooth and efficient workflow. The option for surface-mounting or flush-mounting allows it to integrate seamlessly into a variety of benchtop materials, maintaining a clean and considered aesthetic.

Induction technology delivers responsive, controlled heat, supported by useful functions that simplify daily preparation. At the centre, the integrated extraction system is shaped with an elegant finish that promotes optimised airflow, drawing steam and cooking vapours directly from the surface. This measured approach to ventilation keeps the environment composed, while the design remains easy to maintain, supporting both performance and practicality over time.

For the passionate home cook, this appliance brings reassurance and ease to the kitchen. Its discreet presence complements a wide range of interiors, while its thoughtful engineering ensures reliable results with every use. With Novy’s focus on craftsmanship and usability, the Easy 1851 becomes a trusted companion, creating a kitchen that feels both capable and welcoming.
    Refined Airflow Design

An elegantly finished extraction zone is shaped to guide airflow with precision. Steam and cooking vapours are drawn efficiently from the surface, supporting a more comfortable and composed cooking environment.

    Effortless Maintenance

Designed with practicality in mind, the smooth surfaces and considered detailing make cleaning straightforward. Everyday upkeep feels simple, allowing the cooktop to retain its refined appearance with minimal effort.

    Generous Cooking Surface

The extra large cooking area provides space for multiple pots and pans to be used comfortably at once. Four cooking zones are supported by useful functions, offering flexibility for both everyday meals and more involved preparation.

    Flexible Installation Options

Designed to suit a range of kitchen styles, the cooktop can be installed either surface-mounted or flush with the benchtop. This flexibility allows for a seamless integration that aligns with the overall design vision of the space.
