When I read on the online receipt that I would get a phone call in the morning and then delivered within 2 hours from that time I laughed to myself thinking yea right I will believe it when I see it. Well to my surprise your delivery man rang me up at 710 this morning and delivered it by 830. I couldnt believe it this must be what good customer service looks like? been a while since I have seen it. The bloke also had a great attitude and a good phone manner when he called me especially for a delivery driver. If I had the $$ on me I would have tipped him for the great Customer Service, being punctual and having a good attitude you just dont find this anymore. This is the second time I have purchased products from appliances online and I can't fault them. Matt in product support went over and above my expectations- my new tv didn't have enough ports for both my pay tv and dvd player and when I contacted the support team, Matt emailed me with advice and suggestions then went on ebay and found me the cable I needed. Try getting that service at one of the big retail stores. If you are thinking of buying an appliance and wonder if appliances online is as great as the customer reviews say- YES IT IS.
