Our experienced was further enhanced by using your online chat facility which helped to resolve a couple of minor issues regarding our choice and we were given an additional discount for purchasing two items. Finally your delivery service by Allied Express is amazing. We placed our order on 02/11 and for a fee only marginally higher than the cost of 15 km delivery from our local town we received our goods on the Atherton Tablelands on Tuesday 08/11. The hob and oven were installed this morning. A big thank you to all involved. We will be certainly be recommending you to friends and colleagues and will return in the future.Using your online chat facility My new washing machine was delivered today as scheduled. I just want to say I was impressed with your delivery men. I was telephoned prior to 10am and advised of the delivery window. They then arrived during that delivery window, removed my old machine and installed the new one. The laundry is in the upstairs bathroom of my small two storey terrace house and access is up a steep staircase with bend at the bottom. Not easy access, and not helped by such a hot day. Notwithstanding this, your deliverymen completed the removal and installation efficiently and in good humour.
