I just had to write and let you know how impressed I am with your service, from beginning to end the experience was flawless, everything happened as promised! I got the washing machine I wanted $50.00 cheaper than the sale at D******, free delivery, free installation, free removal (as well as being advise by the lovely delivery men - Adam and Ali that the old machine would be recycled) I just did my first wash and am very very pleased! AND I am usually the very hard to please type person. I have just had my Fisher & Paykel fridge delivered and I couldn't be happier. The delivery men - Warren & Glen - arrived bright and cheery and proceeded to put in my new fridge and take away the old one with a minimum of fuss. They were terrific. I only ordered the fridge on Tuesday and now, here it is !! The large retail stores could certainly take a lesson in customer service from you guys. Best price, best service, best delivery men.
