Great service and unbeatable price
I just received my new washing machine today and wanted to thank you for such great service. Within 10 minutes the new machine was connected and ready to go, with the old one on a trolley on the way out of the house. I haven't used the machine as yet but we just upgraded from our old LG so I'm sure it'll be just as good, if not better - and with a 10 year standard warranty, I don't think we'll have many if any problems. Customer service is second to none
I had a phone call at 9am this morning from Les one of your delivery drivers, to say he would be delivering my Electrolux fridge/freezer between 2-4pm, and he arrives just after 1.30pm. I didnt think we'd get the fridge thru the door but he assured me it would and removed the packaging before entering my house. He plugged it in with instructions and then removed my fridge (absolutely unheard of from a retail store) What a fabulous fridge, it is whisper quiet, (my neighbour recently bought a Whirlpool and complained how noisy it was) lots of room and makes a difference from my old 30yr plus year old, that had given up the ghost. I will certanly be buying more goodies from Appliancesonline, their customer service is second to none. Thank you Lynne, Watsonia, VIC
