    Overview

If you admire KitchenAid’s range of stand mixers, but you want to take your baking into your own hands, this 9-speed hand mixer is the right appliance for you.

With attachments for mixing, kneading, whipping, and blending, deserting dessert will never cross your mind again. With a Soft Start™ feature for minimising mess, as well as a lockable swivel cord, you’ll be able to manoeuvre the mixer without having to stop and start.

Ultimately, this hand mixer is a new take on an old classic. With more power and versatility than ever before, you’ll be mastering meringue in no time at all.
    Nine speeds

With a remarkable nine speeds, this mixer can gently break apart chunky ingredients without turning them to mush. It will also cream your butter and sugar with effortless ease. Changing speeds is as simple as pressing the UP or DOWN arrow on the soft grip handle.

    Four attachments

Gone are the days where a hand mixer was exclusively just that: a mixer. The two stainless steel Turbo Beater™ II beaters will handle your cookie dough and cake batter. Use the liquid blender rod for smoothies, soups, or sauces. With two dough hooks, kneading a pizza base has never been easier. The 16-tine pro whisk is ideal for more delicate recipes, such as chocolate mousse or meringue. The beater ejector button allows you to remove any of these accessories with just one touch.

    Soft Start™ Feature

Whenever you turn on the mixer, it will begin at the lowest speed setting, even if you were last using it on the highest speed. The speed will gradually increase as you begin mixing. This Soft Start™ technology prevents ingredients from splattering, because food belongs either in your mouth or in a bowl.

    Lockable swivel cord

When you’re baking to a tight deadline, you don’t want a cord getting between you and your batter. You can lock the cord into either the left or right side of this hand mixer, for complete freedom to approach your bowl from any angle.

Pleased with my purchase so far
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very happy with my hand mixer so far. The controls are quite small and fiddly compared to my old Dualit, but I will get used to that. The speed adjustments are much better though and give a gentle increase each time. The wire stasher is a great addition!

    9 speed hand mixer
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good range of speeds and gradation /steps in speed are very well spaced. First time using a set of beaters that are wire design. They do not work the same as blade style beaters, so be prepared for that if you're accustomed to the older blade designs. The smoother wire surface of the beaters won't cut through pieces of strawberries for example, where blade style does. Wires just push solid pieces around without changing the size or structure. So it would be nice to have a separate set of blade design beaters included or optional.

    Reliable hand mixer
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The handheld KitchenAid mixer is handsome, durable, and easy to use. I've wanted a powerful hand mixer for a long time now and KitchenAid delivered. It has multiple useful attachments and can stand up to cookie dough. The convenient carrying case for the tiny bits and pieces was a nice added touch.
