While the delivery was delayed by a day this was not a problem as I was informed promtly and so was able to make alternative arrangements, so no problem at all. The delivery guys were great, polite, careful and on time and of course another member of your team, I believe his name is Sam... hope I got that right!, was really helpful when I spoke to him on the phone, all in all, you guys are great, well done, my thanks sincerely, hope you all have and a wonderful Christmas and I shall look forward to shopping with you again.Great website and the great service Dear Sir/madam, I just wanted to thank you for the great service that I have received from your company. I am stoked. My washing machine died last Friday morning. With 2 young children this was a catastrophe. I was recommended your company by a friend. I compared prices and ordered my machine in 1 hour. I did not have time to hit the road. I had to call your company with a question and they were very friendly and helpful. Then to my absolute shock I received a phone call at 7.30 on Monday morning (this morning) to tell me my washing machine would be delivered and installed by 9am. AND IT WAS!!!
