I gotten these and they aren't comfortable and mic and hearing sounds horrible jbl just cheap company i have there other brand jbl tune510bt less than week one side was off there was no sound on the side so as mine I have purchased

This is the worst product I came across in my lifetime. Every time it gives you knew surprises. Some time it does not connect with bluetooth and other time if it connects the quality of sound audible is extremely poor. I am writing this review in a middle of meeting which I have to miss because of poor quality of sound. I have also attached the audio which I recorded using my phone.

I bought these headphones three years ago and they have been my constant companions on my daily commute to London and back with no problems with durability, battery or comfort. Soundwise, they are fantastic, good, deep bass, clear treble and great for both video audio and music. I use them with my phone, laptop, TV etc.
