I recently bought a washing machine for my mother from your site. I placed an order on Friday 28/5/10 and the machine was delivered to my mother's home on Monday morning 31/5/10 as promised so that she could continue preparing for a much anticipated overseas trip later that week. Not only could I not believe the great price, but I was also impressed by the curteous and professional manner of your telephone staff and delivery personnel. The new machine was installed and the old one taken away at no extra cost to boot! I don't think I'll be shopping for whitegoods any other way from now on. Thanks Appliances Online. Very impressed with the professional & prompt service
I have been very impressed with the professional & prompt service from Appliances Online. The website is easy to navigate, informative, product variety & availability is very good and the prices are unbeatable! I have now bought a w/machine & a few weeks later a vaccuum cleaner. When I called the customer service line about each product & new year delivery times, they were very helpful and professional.The admin emails & delivery confirmation calls were prompt professional and clear. The delivery men were fantastic - took great care, communicated with each other all the way up the staircase and were very thorough in their intructions while being fast & efficient. ...and took away both old products for free! So far both products are going very well, so I cant comment on aftersales service, and hope i never need to!
