I had just experienced the opposite - had purchased a washing machine which finally arrived 9 days later and then didn't work as it had been damaged during delivery! I found myself back at square one sourcing another new machine. Through the Internet I decided which machine I wanted and your company (totally unknown to me) provided: - * The best price * Many choices of payment * Free Delivery and set up * Took the old machine away * Ordered late afternoon and delivered by 9:20 the next morning I could not have asked for anything more. I appreciate that where I live had something to do with how early I received the machine, but nonetheless the whole experience was a very pleasant surprise. Everything that was promised on the website actually happened. Next day delivery, call made before 9am to confirm a 2 hour window for delivery. The driver rang when he was 20 mins away so my friend could go home. Gift received, installed and the old machine taken away. It could not have been a more pleasant online buying experience.
