The delivery process was excellent
Just wanted to compliment you on your super fast processing of my microwave order which arrived 30th Nov. The delivery process was excellent with appropriate phone calls to notify me of arrival. I was a little skeptical......
Just a note to thank your company for their excellent web site and service. When I read I could nominate my delivery day and the explanation regarding delivery time I was a little skeptical......what, you mean this company will actually provide a service as part of the transaction?!?! The two delivery men were very good, they rang and arrived within the time frame and took a few minutes to explain the machines basic functions, couldn't ask for anything more.
