So I thought I had been buying nice cookware all these years. I was so wrong. This is heavy and well-made. I love the marks for measuring. The pan fries, sautes, and bakes off in the oven like a dream! It also cleans super easily. I wish I had a lid, but that's a small gripe at this point. This is seriously heavy-duty and feels like it will last forever. It is the best frying pan I've ever used.

I love this pan. Its very easy to use. Heats up very fast, very even heat on all parts of the pan and also is very non stick. I have tried chicken breast and fish on this pan and it tasted awesome. Also gives a great sear and texture to the chicken. This pan is also heavier than all non stick pans in market which is good and gives stability to the pan while cooking on the stove. Best part is, its super easy to clean, i would say effortless. Definitely recommend it.

This pan is made of very good material, out of shiny stanless steal. I have used this kind of kitchenware for about 20 years, but fissler gave me totally new experience.
