    Overview

The Fisher & Paykel 80cm Series 7 4 Zone Induction Cooktop combines sleek, modern design with advanced cooking technology to enhance your kitchen experience. Finished in durable black glass with refined detailing, this induction cooktop not only elevates the aesthetic of your space but also delivers exceptional performance. Its SmartZone feature allows you to effortlessly combine zones for larger cookware, while instant heat response and precise temperature control ensure perfect results every time. With Pause & Recall, you can pause cooking and resume later without losing your settings, and the Touch&Slide controls provide intuitive, responsive adjustments for seamless cooking. Whether you’re preparing a quick meal or hosting a dinner, this cooktop delivers both style and functionality.
    Pause & Recall Control

Cook with greater confidence using Pause and Recall functions. Temporarily stop cooking for up to 10 minutes without losing your settings, then resume with a single touch. If the cooktop is switched off, Recall restores your previous settings, allowing you to continue cooking seamlessly.

    Powerful Induction Performance

Experience rapid, responsive heating with induction technology that reacts instantly to temperature adjustments. PowerBoost provides an extra burst of heat when needed, making it easy to bring water to the boil quickly or achieve high temperatures for searing and stir-frying.

    Efficient & Precise Cooking

Induction technology heats the cookware directly rather than the cooktop surface, helping reduce wasted heat while delivering fast, precise performance. The result is greater energy efficiency and responsive temperature control across a wide variety of cooking tasks.

    Gentle Heat for Delicate Dishes

Specialised Gentle Heat functions maintain low, consistent temperatures for precision cooking. Perfect for melting chocolate, preparing delicate sauces, poaching fish or keeping meals warm, these settings help deliver reliable results without the risk of overheating.

    Excellent cooktop
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We wouldn’t use anything but an induction cooker now. Fast to heat, efficient, excellent variability in heat’s meaning that I can easily melt chocolate or fry a steak. Easy to clean.
