Wonderful, very helpful service. Only one item did not arrive, but was arranged at very short notice to be delivered. Had gone to **** and the **** for their pricing of all five items as a total – no discounts and very heavy delivery fees and very much more expensive. This was my first time purchasing on line, and I have found the experience excellent. Will certainly contact Appliances Online when I require more whitegoods. Really couldn't expect any more
Purchasing from Appliances Online saved us $400 compared to the prices we were being quoted by two of the large Australian retailers. Not paying for delivery was the icing on the cake. The transaction was smooth and seamless and it was great to be able to choose the delivery date that suited our schedule. We also chose the installation option which definitely saved time and double handling - upon delivery, the old cooktop was removed, the new cooktop installed and the old one taken away for disposal. I just wanted to let you know what a pleasure it has been dealing with your company. I knew the product I wanted, placed the order late on a Sunday night, and received confirmation of the order on Monday morning, confirming delivery date of Tuesday. At 8.25am on Tuesday morning I received a phone call advising delivery of machine between 10am and 12 Noon. At 10.10am truck arrivd, with two young men who quietly and very eficently, delivered and installed my new washing machine. They took the time and trouble to explain about what to do if I had any problems, refused our offer of a cold or hot drink, took out our old machine and left as quickly and as efficiently as they arrived, all done within 15 minutes.
