Customers overwhelmingly praise this stick vacuum for its powerful suction, lightweight design, and exceptional cleaning performance across multiple floor types. Most highlight its effectiveness at picking up pet hair, crumbs, and dust, with many noting the onboard light reveals missed spots. The ergonomic, well-balanced build makes it easy to maneuver, particularly for older adults and those with limited mobility. Reviewers appreciate the two-in-one functionality, removable handheld unit, easy-to-empty dust container, and charging stand. Many describe it as excellent value for money compared to competing alternatives. A small number report durability concerns after 12-24 months, including suction loss or battery degradation, though most still recommend it despite these issues.

    So Easy :)
After 20 years using a heavy traditional vacuum cleaner with cord, this stick vacuum cleaner is a godsend! The floors have never looked so clean. For so long, vacuuming was a chore - now it is almost a pleasure! Thank you!!!!!!

    Stops and starts
I like this hand held stick vacuum but it is heavier than my previous Electrolux which I had for many years. The one thing I am concerned with is that it stops every few minutes, then I press the start button and it starts again. Can anyone explain what could be the problem?

Nice and light picks up well. Difficult to empty
Although wheels are squeaky Is this normal.
