I just wanted to say a huge thank you! I recently took delivery of a washing machine and a freezer. The initial thought of having to go from store to store to find what I needed was starting to stress me enormously. I was also at a loss about how I was going to get rid of the old machines. When you enter your postcode and select your suburb, our system checks the stock availability in your state and determines if a technician provides installation services in your area. If everything is in order, the fee will be displayed online.
Please note that the installation fee applies to a 'Like-for-Like' installation, meaning that all necessary services must be available. This fee does not cover situations where extra connections are required. For instance, if you're switching from an electric product to a dual fuel (Gas/Electric) system, this fee will not apply. In such cases, you will need to request an inspection, and a separate quote will be provided.
