I would like to compliment your company once again on its service.I sent the email below and the next morning one of your gentlemen from Sydney telephoned to arrange for another dryer to be delivered today and the original machine to be sent back to the manufacturers as it was possibly faulty. True to form, the driver phoned early this morning and arrived on time at 10am. As the driver wanted the box to cart the original machine, he quickly unpacked the dryer and put original one in the box. My husband has had a stroke and is not able to do these things, so I was extremely grateful that it was done without being asked. Old fashioned service again. The drivers were very pleasant young Indian men who were certainly good ambassadors for Appliance on Line.
