I work at a hospital so I needed to be able to know very close to the delivery time, so I could get home and back to work as quick as possible. The delivery men, contacted me as promised (which doesn't normally happen) and were very polite and professional and spot on with their timing. From the moment we placed our order for a GE fridge your company’s performance was highly efficient in that the sales support team was informative and friendly. However, it was when we experienced the problem created by the GE installers and saw the level of effort that your staff went to in order to ensure that we got a positive outcome to the problem that we were blown away. The commitment to us as your customers was outstanding despite the fact that the problems we experienced were not the fault of your company. Then to receive a personal visit from you, a senior executive, to check out the problem was special. Your and Sally’s actions have left us feeling incredibly valued as customers, so much so that we cannot ever see ourselves shopping for appliances elsewhere.
