    Positives: Best price of several sellers, free delivery and excellent 24/7 backup phone call service. Replaced entire fridge because of a damaged door shelf. Runs well, very cold freezer. Courteous delivery guys. Negatives: Shelves are very flimsy plastic, one was damaged on arrival (but replaced). Freezer and fridge slide temperature adjustments are trial and error. Our freezer seems to be set on minus 30 degrees, whatever we do. Fridge is fine at 4 degrees. Overall, happy with the purchase. Thank you!

    Hi Judy, it gets done prior to leaving the warehouse, then repackaged (cardboard, bubble wrap, etc) so it doesn't get damaged on our truck. We charge $179 (as at July 2025), as its outside the scope of what we expect of a delivery driver and needs to be performed by a handyman.
