Good afternoon, Just a quick note to thank you for the exceptional service you provided in the sale and delivery of our Bosch Front Loading washing machine a couple of weeks ago. The purchase online was very simple, negating the need to visit different appliance stores and dealing with horrid sales people. The delivery people were also exceptional; we would like to thank them for being so prompt in delivery, so courteous to our children and so capable in installing our new machine, plus taking away our old machine with care. Hi, Just writing to thank you for delivering our new Microwave exactly when we were advised that it would be and for your excellent communication skills. We received a confirmation of order, a confirmation that the item had been dispatched and a phone call a couple of hours before delivery advising of the time it would be delivered. As well as this you took away the old Microwave. Even though you gave us this excellent service you were still nearly the cheapest quote that we received. What more could we possibly have asked for.
