I do a lot of online shopping across many different categories. This is the best online service I have experienced. Appliances Online not only matched a cheaper price, they advised they would call the next day after i ordered to confirm delivery time (which they did), then actually delivered within that 2 hour time window and picked up my old one for free. Wonderful, very helpful service. Only one item did not arrive, but was arranged at very short notice to be delivered. Had gone to **** and the **** for their pricing of all five items as a total – no discounts and very heavy delivery fees and very much more expensive. This was my first time purchasing on line, and I have found the experience excellent. Will certainly contact Appliances Online when I require more whitegoods.
