Excellent product with great quality and functionality

I have purchased my fair share of milk frothers over the years, in search of a cafe-style froth that can be made at a hot-enough temperature for my taste. All of the others, including Nespresso Aeroccino and Nespresso Barista, failed miserably; some because the foam was too thick without any pourability, others because the froth was warm at best. After reading expert reviews about the Sage (Breville) Milk Cafe with adjustable temperature control, I decided to give it a try. Wow!!! Finally, frothed milk at the right consistency and temperature. I am having so much fun making frothy hot chocolate (tip: If adding chocolate during frothing, use real chocolate instead of powders and mixes to maintain frothiness). I am also finally able to make a Flat White with super hot microfoam. I definitely recommend this frother to those who want truly hot and frothy milk beverages.

After years of using a low end frother with no detachable jug and a much lower capacity, I am very happy with the Breville Milk Cafe. I first saw it at my friend's house and loved how easily it could be cleaned and how much milk it could froth. I waffled a bit over the price but I'm so glad I finally got it. I use the latte whisk daily with nonfat milk to make tea lattes. I love that I can dial in exactly how hot I want the milk. But the best part is how easy cleanup is... I don't have to wait for anything to cool down, I can immediately rinse and wash the jug, or stick it in the dishwasher. Because the whisk snaps onto the metal jug, it does make rattle sound while whisking, if noise level is a concern for you. It doesn't bother me. I'm so happy with the results and look forward to making drinks every morning.
