Only 6 days I've had this and what a load of rubbish. The blades don't meet close enough and food gets caught in between them. The blade then pops out and this product is very dangerous. I believe there should be an urgent recall of them. Seems to me after reading recent reviews this is a huge problem. Where do I get a refund??

I've only tried it once. It really struggled to slice a pork roast. The crackling wasn't the problem. The knife just stopped cutting when about 3/4 through the joint and needed a lot of pressure to finally get through. This was slow, the handle got quite warm and the prolonged use made my hand ache.. This is the only knife I've tried so can't compare against any other brand. Perhaps my expectations were too high!
