Excellent product and very sturdy. I really enjoy the versatility of the Sous Chef as it has saved me a lot of time in meal prepping. It has also been great having the mini bowl too.

I only pulled it out of the box today because it looked overwhelming & I wanted to not be in a rush the first time I used it. I must say it is better I than expected. Pros: High quality. I hardly had to look at the instructions - the blades are all labelled and a table quickly tells you what accessory to use Easy to whack in a blade & be ready to go Easy wash up I haven’t tried peeling any of the vegs it suggests. I tried green apples anyway but the skin was too tough - my bad It is sooo fast. Recipes that said to beat for minutes it did PERFECTLY in seconds Eg I made chocolate cheesecake -base then the filling- smooth as silk in < 1 min Homemade sausage rolls - filled the bowl and blitzed the lot in about 15 secs maybe sooner - I didn’t check! SO Quiet Also used the dough beater and made hot cross buns - also in <1 min Cons - you need space as it’s a good size and not light Price - you get what you pay for. I’m happy so far and like to cook. My last processor was still going after 15 years which is a toy compared to this. I’ll leave another review after I try out the other attachments.

Loved that the motor is so strong. Making lemon grass paste was a breeze. If only there's a glass or stainless steel option so there's no stain or smell & plus definitely a better/safer alternative for foods. Using tumeric stains the plastics & that sucks. But overall, does the job well. If this came in glass or stainless steel, I would give it 5 stars all the way. Just disappointed that my beautiful bowl is stained & it just looks ugly. Been trying to order replacement bowls but it's always been out of stock.
