I thought I was buying the perfect kettle, but I was unable to use it due to the offset angle of the plug which didn't fit in the only power outlet near to my kitchen sink. I had to return it to the store for a refund. So disappointed to see that many of Brevilles kettles have the same plug which makes them useless to me.

The kettle is excellent, it boils well and is nicely made, it feels solid , so many other kettles I have had just haven’t felt well made but this one is superb.

We've used the kettle for a few weeks already, and the kettle looks and feels great, it's very modern, and sits well in the kitchen along side the Barista Express. It is easy to keep clean, and easy to handle.
