I hear about this machine from someone review on google . So then I thought to get it. And honestly it’s my best decision. It’s much easier to meme my ice cream and sorbets now at home . I’m a pastry chef so for me was important to have a good ice cream maker at home so I can taste new ice cream flavors. It’s very easy to use and to clean . So definitely recommend to order if you an ice cream lovers 🍦🍦🍦🍦❤️❤️

Excellent performer. Its sleek design means it doesn’t take up too much space. Extremely easy to use and relatively quiet. With a range of settings to make every thing from sorbet to ice cream and everything in between. It will still require the end product to be put in the freezer for a few hours before eating but it’s still a much better end result and much quicker than using manual methods. When it comes to cleaning there is only the lid and the plastic churning blade that can go through the dishwasher the bowl has to be hand washed as th dishwasher with affect the metal causing discolouration. My only gripe is the spatula for removing end product isn’t long enough but this is a very minor complaint. I’ve had mine now for over six years and is still going strong. All in great machine, great price and easy to use. User tip look up nigella Lawsons recipe for ice cream the one with marscapone cheese in it I use this for every recipe/flavour I use and never gets so hard in the freezer that you can’t scoop it out.

Even though it’s the best machine for making ice cream, it doesn’t last more than 3 years. And it’s a shame Breville doesn’t do any service or maintenace or repairs to the machine. I have to buy a new one every so often.
