The iron is light and easy to use. However on my second usage it began spitting gunk onto the clothes. I looked at operating instructions but couldn’t find anything on the self clean aspect. I’m hoping to investigate online to see why this is happening.

I am pretty happy with the iron so far. The steam is quite strong. The only criticism I have is that after it heats within two minutes or so the steam does not seem to be at full strength so some water comes from the sole plate when starting my ironing. I leave it for a few seconds more pressing the steam button away from the clothes until that issue stops and then it’s all fine.

The product performs very well overall. It has a premium look and delivers excellent results. However, there are a few areas where improvements could enhance the user experience. 1. Cable Length Adjustment The length of the cable connected to the iron should be increased by approximately 0.5 to 1 metre. I use a full‑size ironing board, and while the iron can reach all areas when the main unit is placed on the floor, it creates a risk of the iron being pulled or tipping over due to cable tension. 2. Iron Weight Enhancement The iron itself could be slightly heavier. At the current weight, the cable can pull the iron backward, increasing the chance of it falling. 3. Additional Iron Rest Plate Alternatively, the product could include an extra iron rest plate designed to sit securely on the ironing board. At the moment, I have to place the main machine on the table to prevent the cable from dragging the iron off the board. A dedicated iron rest would make the setup safer and more convenient.
