The Crosswave floor cleaner is a versatile device that can vacuum and mop simultaneously, saving users time and effort. It performs well on hard floors, leaving them clean and shiny. However, some reviewers found it less effective on carpets and rugs. There were also complaints about the difficulty of maintaining the machine, particularly the filter. Overall, the Crosswave may be a useful tool for homes with a mix of hard and soft flooring, but may not be the best choice for primarily carpeted spaces.
