    The HIC644021 Vitroceramic Built-In Cooktop from Beko delivers a versatile and pleasurable cooking experience.

    The cooktop features four vitroceramic cooking zones of variable sizes with 6 cooking levels per zone, so you can achieve variable heating. Control everything effortlessly via the Front Slim Touch Control. Extra safety features include Residual Heat Indicators, and Overheat Safety System. Child Lock protects the hob from unintentional activation, preventing children from turning on any of the cooking zones.

    Could be a lot more user-friendly
    It basically does what it is supposed to do, it cooks. However the touch controls are far from intuitive and do not always respond to touch. The warranty registration registration process is totally unsatisfactory and not at all user friendly. One is required to enter model number and serial number, neither of which are visible once the unit is installed. Fortunately we kept the box which had this information on it, but surely there is a more customer friendly way of doing this. In fact the question must be asked why does we need to register a warranty if one retains the invoice from the supplier?

    Very frustrating to use . Difficult to see the dials and the complication of the unit . I rent out this apartment and I am sure everyone who comes in will hate it . I am going to replace it with one with knobs It goes off and has to be reprogrammed and if a sauspan is on the front element and has to be reset it’s too hot to touch . I need to turn all the lights on to read the buttons as you can’t see the dials + and - and the main on off switch . It goes to H when overheated and has to be reprogrammed
