Impressed at the start, but already faulty.
We have had our front loader for about two weeks and it is already leaking. I was really loving it until this happened. Waiting on an inspection through warranty at present.

    Questions & answers

Hi, Am I able to use Power laundry detergent instead of liquid detergent please :) Thanks Natasha · 2025-09-23
Hello there, you can use powder detergent in a front load washing machine. It's just advised to dose directly in the drum, rather than in a detergent dispenser. Kind regards, Adam from Appliances Online. AdamD, Appliances Online
Hi I am enquiring what Beko heat pump dryer can stack on this washer? Thankyou Henry · 2025-06-29
Hi Henry, of the models we stock, I'd recommend: BDPB8010W, BDPB802SW or BDPB904HW. The final of the three (BDPB904HW) would be its ideal pairing partner =) Cheers, Adam from Appliances Online. AdamD, Appliances Online
Why does my new beko washing machine leave stains on the clothes? We have tried everything to stop it happening and had the technician out twice with no success. Peter · 2025-01-18
Hi Peter, Thank you for your question. This could be related to the type of soiling on the clothes you are trying to wash. If you have garments that are particularly greasy for example, the wash may be lifting the grease from one garment, but then depositing it on another during the rinse cycle. I would suggest separating your laundry into smaller loads to identify if this is the case. Hope this helps. Kind regards, Appliances Online Adam Vaccaro, Appliances Online
What is the warranty on the inverter motor thanks Keith Klo hi · 2024-09-10
